Job DescriptionJob Purpose: NTech Transfer is responsible for supporting feasibility studies, pilot scale trials, and documentation required for smooth and compliant technology transfer from lab to plant. NStrategicnn Support feasibility and scale-up activities under guidance to ensure alignment with commercial objectives. N Contribute to current process documentation and compliance as per regulatory and internal quality standards. N Stay informed on basic industry technology trends relevant to tech transfer. NnOperationaln N Execute assigned experimental procedures and sampling for lab/pilot batches. N Collect, compile, and record process data as per guidelines. N Assist in reviewing andupdating process documentation (BMR, PDR, etc.). N Support demo runs, validation trials, and shop-floor observations. N Coordinate with QA, QC,PRD, and production for sample movement, documentation, and process support. N Maintain process documents, logs, and experimental records.



N Participate in troubleshooting and process improvement discussions. N Assist in timely closure of CAPAs, deviations, and change controls related to tech transfer. N Follow ESG policies andensure compliance in daily operations. NnFinancialn N Assist in monitoring consumption of materials during pilot and trial batches to avoid wastage. NnPeoplennCollaborate with team members and cross-functional departments effectively. N Participate in internalknowledge-sharing sessions and training. N Maintain discipline, ownership, and accountability during trials and documentation. NnExperience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in process development or technology transfer. NQualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent field. NIndustry: Pharmaceutical / Fine Chemicals / CDMO / API
