Job DescriptionWe are looking for a compassionate and experienced Marriage Counselor to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will support couples in navigating relationship challenges, improving communication, and building healthier partnerships. NKey Responsibilities: Nn Conduct individual and couple counseling sessions N Assess relationship dynamics and identify core issues N Develop structured therapy plans tailored to clients' needs N Facilitate conflict resolution and communication strategies N Maintain confidential client records and documentation N Provide pre-marital andpost-marital counseling support N Conduct workshops or group sessions (if required) NnRequirements: Nn Master's degree in Psychology / Counseling / Marriage & Family Therapy N Relevant certification or license in counseling (preferred)
