The visual quality of our feed should match the visual quality of our stores. NThe role, in one line: be the hands-on creative engine behind our reels, carousels, and story content — every day. NThis is not a content executive who briefs an agency. This is the person actually behind the camera and inside Premiere or CapCut. NWhat you'll own: N→ Shooting reels and stills at our stores, central office, and on location N→ Editing 2–3 hero reels per week + 4–6 lighter story videos N→ Designing carousels in our brand's teal-and-sand visual language N→ Daily story content — capturing, editing, posting with stickers and CTAs N→ Maintaining the brand'scontent archive — properly tagged shot library N→ Light photo retouching for product shots N→ Occasional travel — Bangalore and Hyderabad store launches NWho we're looking for: N→ 2–4 years shooting and editing food, lifestyle, or commercial short-form content N→ A portfolio we can actually look at — reels, photos, carousels N→ You own and shoot with a mirrorless camera (Sony A7, Canon R, Fujifilm X, or similar) N→ Fluent in CapCut, Premiere Pro,
