Job DescriptionRole Summary NThe Assistant Incubation Manager will run the incubation program and work closely with student founders to help them build real startups. The role focuses on selecting the right teams, supporting them through structured programs, and ensuring they make measurable progress. NKey ResponsibilitiesnRun Incubation Cohorts NExecute two cohorts per year NDefine stages: idea → validation → MVP → early traction NSet milestones and reviewprogress regularly NSelect & Filter Startups NIdentify and evaluate startup ideas and teams NDecide who gets in and who doesn't NExit teams that are not making progress NWork Hands-on with Founders NRun clinics, bootcamps, and 1:1 sessions NHelp founders validate ideas, build MVPs, and go to market NPush teams toward real customer engagement NMentors & EcosystemnIdentify and onboard relevant, active mentors NMatch mentors to startupsbased on need NEnsure mentors are actually engaged NFunding SupportnPrepare startups for funding (pitch, metrics, storytelling)
