Description

- Act as the primary escalation point for quality issues across all engagements in the portfolio
- Drive client proposals, RFPs, estimations resulting in account growth, renewals, and expansion of Quality Intelligence service offerings
- Robust understanding of software testing approaches including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and automated testing
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies across Agile, DevOps and DevSecOps environments; shift-left and shift-right testing approaches
- Working experience with tools like JIRA, Selenium, Playwright, Postman, JMeter etc.
- Drive adoption of AI driven Quality Engineering, CI/CD integration, and automation-first strategies across engagements
- Balance of technical knowledge with people skills by helping teams grow while keeping projects moving, understanding business requirements, and maintaining high-quality standards across projects
