At TheLuxeTrails, we curate personalized luxury travel experiences across the world. We’re looking for an Experience manager who loves creating seamless travel experiences and can confidently manage everything that happens after a booking is confirmed.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high touch environment, understands the nuances of luxury travel and is passionate about customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end post-booking operations for domestic and international holidays.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Handle booking confirmations, vouchers, amendments, cancellations, and special requests.
- Ensure all travel documents are accurate and delivered on time.
- Communicate with clients professionally throughout their travel journey.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover and exceptional customer experience.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and proactively.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in travel operations, preferably in a B2C travel company.
- Strong knowledge of post-booking travel operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously and work under deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating with global suppliers and hotels is an advantage.
