Job Description Regional Sales Manager - South
n Location – Bangalore
n Reporting to Managing Director
n Experience Range - 10 to 15 Years

n  Continuous acquisition of current customers and projects in the area of responsibility
n  Maintenance and expansion of assigned existing customers, OEM, Tier 1/2
n  Customer-related sales responsibility
n  Implementation of our market growth strategy
n  Competent support for technical customer requirements
n  Operational project support with customer R&D; or project management
n  Regular visits to domestic customers including their support and advice
n  Preparation of quotations ready for signature and product-related supply contracts as well as
n framework agreements in consultation with Sales Manage




n  Participation in domestic trade fairs
n  Participation in internal sales meetings incl. presentation
n  Continuous market and competition observation
n CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
n  Graduate engineer or technician with a focus on electrical engineering
n  Proven sales success in the Automotive or Home Appliance Industry, OEM, Tier 1, preferably
n in Area of contacting systems
n  Proven commercial success in terms of sales and project realization
n  Business English spoken and written fluently
n  Comprehensive solution and system-oriented way of working
n  Good communication and teamwork skills
n  Willingness to travel
