We are seeking an experienced Branch Product Head to lead sales strategy and business growth for Industrial Switchgear products across the assigned region. This leadership role involves driving revenue, developing high-performing sales teams, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for Low Voltage Switchgear products across the assigned territory
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Develop market expansion strategies and increase customer acquisition
- Execute business development and marketing initiatives to grow market share
- Lead key customer engagements, project discussions, and technical presentations
- Monitor sales performance, team productivity, and business KPIs
Qualifications
- 10–20 years of experience in Sales, with at least 5 years in team management
- Proven experience in Industrial Switchgear or Electrical products sales
- Robust understanding of regional markets and customer dynamics
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Education Details
