Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Tech Lead to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring a seamless and high-quality mobile experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define, design, and implement current features.
- Communicate with customers to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues related to the project.
- Create and maintain solution architecture diagrams to visualize application structure and workflows, ensuring scalability and maintainability.




- Design and implement backend services and APIs to support mobile applications and integrate with other systems.
- Ensure the application architecture adheres to microservice principles to promote scalability and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews, maintain code quality, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and growth-driven team environment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile app development and backend services.
- Provide technical leadership in the development process and contribute to technical strategy and planning.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and how they influence mobile app development.
