Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic Product Manager to play a pivotal role in a cutting-edge AI project focused on commodities trading and quantitative finance. You will be the vital link between our business stakeholders (including traders, trade analysts, and operations teams) and our technology/AI development teams. Leveraging your deep understanding of ERP systems and software technology,



you will analyze complex business processes to identify opportunities where AI-driven solutions can deliver cost optimization and support trading decisions. You will also conceptualize and design products that deliver efficiencies from automation in the best possible way.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and end-users across
commodities trading, hedge fund operations, quantitative finance, and potentially shipping/logistics to gather, analyze, and document complex business processes for AI-driven solutions.
• Analyze existing workflows, data sources, and systems (including ERPs) to identify meaningful data that can inform our AI models .
• Translate complex business needs into transparent, detailed functional and technical specifications, user stories, process flows, and data models for development teams.
