What you will do

Lead and scale enterprise-wide AR strategies to drive operational excellence across the revenue cycle, aligning AR performance with overarching business objectives.
Champion cross-functional collaboration with compliance, IT, and operational teams to create a unified and agile AR function.
Mentor and lead multiple layers of AR leadership, including managers and assistant managers, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Develop long-term workforce planning strategies, focusing on succession planning, talent development, and team scalability.
Evaluate and interpret complex AR and revenue cycle analytics, identifying key trends, risk indicators, and actionable insights to support strategic decisions.




Ensure full regulatory compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS), and proactively mitigate compliance risks.
Drive technology adoption and digital transformation initiatives, including automation and system integration to streamline AR operations.
Own the AR policy framework, ensuring controls, documentation, and SOPs are regularly updated and aligned with industry’s best practices.
Report directly to leadership, delivering data-driven insights, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations.

What you will bring

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in business, finance, or healthcare administration preferred.
3+ years of experience managing AR teams within the US healthcare space, including oversight of other managers and large teams.
Deep knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle management, payer regulations, denial management strategies,
