Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow high-performing engineering teams building scalable, cloud-native platforms. This role blends strong people leadership with deep technical expertise, requiring a hands-on leader who can coach engineers, drive execution, and partner closely with Product and cross-functional stakeholders.



You will be responsible for fostering a healthy, inclusive team culture while ensuring delivery of reliable, high-performance systems, including the adoption of up-to-date AI-enabled engineering practices. The ideal candidate brings a builder’s mindset, strategic thinking, and a passion for customer-centric engineering excellence in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
