Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager– RT for a reputed Company in FMCG industry at the Kolkata Locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve the given sales target as per respective routes.
- Supervision of stocks and cold room operations.
- Educate & Motivate Sales team with briefing periodically.
- Support to team in marketing & Sales activities.
- Maintain & Record periodically sampling & marketing activities.
- Control outstanding following company guidelines & protocols.
- Sharing the report to the senior or CHO as per requirements.
- Managing and communicating with the sales promotors and the sampling schedule.
- Develop & penetrate new market.
- Ensure the record & maintenance of the company Asset.




- Helping in special tasks if any.
- Communicating well with all staff.

Candidates Profile:
- Positive Communicator, comfortable to work in teams, punctual, polite to others, responsible, sincere toward job, positive and creative thinker.
- Computer skills, good hands-on Microsoft office.
- Local candidate.
- Languages known: English and Hindi
- Excellent negotiation.
- Candidate with pleasant personality, good communication skills, and computer knowledge and local market knowledge.
