We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Senior Consultant or Architect to lead and support our HR technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday HCM and a solid understanding of the hire-to-retire lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive cross-functional product launches and partner effectively with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the hire-to-retire lifecycle within Workday.
- Lead cross-functional product launches, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Apply deep HR domain expertise to guide system design and implementation.
- Configure and optimize Workday HCM modules to meet business needs.
- Represent Workday across the broader HR application landscape.




- Collaborate with business leaders to align Workday capabilities with strategic goals.
- Define and promote best practices and standardization across Workday implementations.
- Navigate and thrive in technically ambiguous environments.
- Advocate for Workday best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Workday certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with Workday.
- At least 5 years of experience in tenant health and transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead complex Workday projects and deliver high-impact results.
