Job Description:

Mandatory Skills: Scrum Master, Kanban, Release & Program Management, CSM, JIRA
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in an agile environment.
- Robust understanding of Scrum, Agile Methodology, Kanban, Release, Program Management, CSM and JIRA.
- Familiarity with Agile tools and techniques such as user stories, epics, themes, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality software products using agile methodologies.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, review,



and retrospective.
- Coach team members in self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
- Collaborate with product owner to clarify and prioritize backlog items.
- Ensure compliance with scrum theory, practices, and guidelines.
- Provide training and coaching to team members and stakeholders on agile principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
