Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Node.js and MongoDB Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing server-side applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in building scalable, high-performance backend systems, be proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, and have a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services using Node.js.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Work with MongoDB to design and optimise database schemas, queries, and performance.
- Apply solid Data Structures and Algorithms knowledge to solve complex challenges in system design and performance optimization.
- Architect and implement solutions using serverless technologies like AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions.
- Handle complex error handling and debugging to ensure a seamless user experience and uptime.
- Implement caching solutions to improve performance using technologies like Redis or Memcached.




- Perform data migration and versioning during upgrades or feature releases without compromising data integrity.
- Ensure scalability and load balancing of systems to handle traffic spikes and growing user base.
- Follow best practices for data security and privacy, ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR or HIPAA.
- Establish data backup and disaster recovery strategies to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity.
- Integrate with payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for secure online transactions.
