Job Description:
- Valuable Experience in US Health Insurance Domain using Brightree.
- Good experience and comfortable with the CPT/HCPCS Codes.
- Good experience in HME / DME cloud-based integrated solutions in EMR / EHR space.
- Experience in communicating with US Clients / insurance domain experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Domain Experts, Product Manager and project stakeholders to understand requirements, translating the business needs into user stories that can be understood by the software engineers.
- Work with Product Manager to clearly understand the product strategy and roadmap.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise and provide transition of knowledge to educate internal teams.
- Ensure the product backlog priorities to align with the product vision and priorities defined by the Product Manager.
- Provide guidance to team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor / Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, HealthCare, or related field with 10 + years of overall experience.
- 5+ yrs of experience of in Brightree.
- Good communication skills with experience in communicating with Domain Experts / US Customers.
- Good problem solving and emotional intelligence skills.
