We are looking for a seasoned Business Development and Operations Manager with proven experience in the manpower outsourcing industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in business development roles within manpower services and a deep understanding of sourcing and placing high-end professionals across sectors such as banking, healthcare, education, and professional servicesboth in the UAE and internationally.
This dual-role position combines strategic operations and business development, focusing on building solid client relationships, partnering with recruitment agencies, and delivering customized outsourcing solutions to prestigious organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Business Development & Growth
- Design and implement business strategies specifically targeting manpower outsourcing for high-skilled roles like bankers, doctors, educators,
and professionals.
- Identify and pursue new outsourcing opportunities across sectors.
- Work closely with leadership to drive growth in line with company objectives and revenue targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with key clients in sectors such as banking, healthcare, and education.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract negotiation, offering tailored manpower solutions.
- Understand client pain points and deliver customized workforce outsourcing services to meet their unique needs.
3. Recruitment Agency & Partner Management
- Establish and maintain a solid network of manpower and recruitment agencies, talent acquisition partners, and regional staffing firms.
- Collaborate with agencies to source and deploy top-tier professionals for high-value outsourcing engagements.
