Skills required for position :
- Product costing. System control, accuracy, and deviation analysis
- Plant spent analysis
- Any current project, modification cost and feasibility evaluation at Karakhadi & Moxi
- Budget for plants and monitor actual against the same.
- MIS preparation for plants.
- Central contact person from F&A; point of view.
- Store & Fixed asset control.
- Plant level PO evaluation and approval for RM/PM/FUEL & R&M.;
- Develop and maintain project/department budgets in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze actual costs against budgeted costs, identifying variances and investigating their root causes.
- Prepare regular financial reports on cost performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the financial viability of projects and initiatives.
- Implement cost control measures, such as expense controls, procurement strategies, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Collaborate with project managers, finance team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination in cost management efforts.
- Forecast future costs and financial requirements based on historical data and market trends.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to cost management and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
