Product Specialist – Cable Entry System (Cembre)

Job Summary:

The Product Specialist will be responsible for promoting, supporting, and driving sales of Cembre Cable Entry Systems. The role requires strong technical understanding, customer engagement, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful product positioning and market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Knowledge & Technical Support
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Cembre Cable Entry Systems including cable glands, connectors, and accessories.
- Provide technical support to customers, consultants, and internal sales teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Assist in product selection based on application requirements.

2. Sales & Business Development
- Promote Cembre products to OEMs, panel builders, EPC contractors, and end-users.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Support sales team in achieving revenue targets.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and follow up with clients.

Market & Application Development
- Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
- Identify new applications and industries for cable entry systems (e.g., power, oil & gas, railways, manufacturing).
- Work closely with marketing for product positioning and campaigns.

4. Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and technical issues effectively.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with principals (Cembre) for technical updates and product training.
- Maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback.
- Assist in inventory planning and forecasting.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience in industrial products, cable accessories, or electrical components
