Job Description:

-Having ASNT Level-II at least in DPT and RT.
-Having details knowledge for pressure vessel, heat exchanger, Various skids etc. equipment’s.
-Having enough knowledge for construction code as per EN and ASME.
-Certification knowledge and having participate for Audit of U-Stamp, CE marking and ISO- 9001.
-Production step wise knowledge and Inspection methodology like material Identification, Set-up,
welding, Dish end forming, Dimension Inspection, before closing inspection, Hydro inspection,
Pneumatic test inspection, evacuation process inspection, helium test inspection, vacuum test
inspection, cold shock inspection, piping inspection, blasting & painting inspection etc.
-Preparation of Quality files,



testing procedures and QAP based on customer requirement and Code
specification.
-Awareness of client visit inspection and shop approval.
-Inward material inspection and clearance of GRN.
-System knowledge like ERP, M.S Office and E-mail communication.
-Documentation & updating knowledge for Customer complain register, NCR register, Procedure file
and Quality Manual file.
-Knowledge of various QC tools which improve of product quality and system.
-Above field experience at least above 5 Year shall be required.
