Job Description:

To identify, meet, and convert B/C/D-grade Pune developers into exclusive sales mandate clients for company. This is a builder-facing hunting role for someone who already knows the ground and can generate opportunities without long ramp-up.

Reporting to- Founder & Sales Director

Location-Pune – on-field + office

Incentives-₹50,000–₹2,00,000 per signed mandate (i.e one-time signing bonus or % of signup fee) apart from Fixed Pay.

Travel Reimbursement-Fuel @ ₹8/km for personal 4 wheeler and @3/km for personal 2 wheeler for meetings

Responsibility:
- Developer outreach & field meetings
- Mandate pitching & conversions
- Relationship building
- CRM & follow-up discipline
- Referral network (CPs, architects, ex- builders)





KPI Target
- 12+ builder meetings/week
- 4–5 opportunities pipeline shortlisted/month
- Maintain 100+ active developer connects
- 5+ recent intros/month

Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years in builder-facing sales onboarding roles in Mandate firm/ CP firm/ IPC
- Builder connects
- Ability to mine contacts n meetings with 300 builders of Pune over 1 year
- explain a mandate pitch, pricing grid, and exclusivity model
- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, English
- Basic PowerPoint + CRM/WhatsApp Business handling
