Job Title:

Relationship Officer (RO) – Loan Against Property (LAP)

Locations:

Surat, Jamnagar, Bharuch, Rajkot, Vapi

CTC:

Up to ₹4.75 LPA

Age Limit:

Up to 32 years

Experience:

1–4 years preferred
Freshers with strong interest in sales and finance are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients for Loan Against Property (LAP) through both direct and indirect channels.

Conduct client meetings to understand their financial requirements and assess loan eligibility.

Explain loan features, repayment terms, interest rates, and documentation needs.

Liaise with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.

Maintain strong post-sale relationships to encourage cross-selling and client retention.

Ensure complete adherence to KYC, regulatory, and internal compliance guidelines.

Achieve monthly disbursal and sales targets as assigned by management.

Generate leads via field visits, market mapping, referrals, and promotional activities.

Keep up-to-date with competitor products, lending norms, and market developments.

Maintain daily reports and performance tracking through internal tools or CRM.

Candidate Requirements:

Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Good understanding of mortgage/lending products is preferred.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Local language proficiency is a plus.
