JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: Lead – SEO

We are looking for a senior SEO leader to own and scale organic acquisition at Zolve across traditional search and AI-driven discovery platforms. This role requires deep expertise in technical SEO, keyword strategy, conversion optimization, and AEO/GEO optimization for AI platforms, along with the ability to lead teams and influence product decisions in a high-growth, product-led setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Organic Growth, AEO & GEO Strategy
- Own the end-to-end SEO strategy to drive sustained organic traffic, high-intent acquisition, and conversion-led growth
- Define and execute keyword strategies across product, transactional, editorial, and programmatic journeys
- Lead AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) efforts to improve visibility across AI assistants, featured answers, and conversational search
- Drive GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to ensure Zolve content and product pages are discoverable, cited, and referenced across AI-pow
