Experience required - 4 years

Qualifications required: - DMF / B.E (Mech) Age range: - Any CTC: 4.00 – 4.50 LPA

Shift Timing: - General (9 am – 7 pm)

Skills required: -

1. Supporting and leading all Maintenance process & operations

2. Tracking expenses overseeing the budget for maintenance

3. Maintaining all machinery to ensure list at working std

4. Generating and maintaining maint. Procedure

5. Conducting regular/ Inspection of realities to detect & registry problem

6. Ensure all dept worker adhere to safety polices

7. Documentation of daily progress reports

8.



Assigning repair schedule & exaltation of repair cost

9. Critical stock maintaining & Purchase

10. ISO/ VSM/ PPM/ Kaizen

11. Positive verbal & wring communication

12. New Plant Setup / Activity

Job Description: -

1. Handling & Maintaing Maint. Dept staff & workers

2. Plant Safety Maintaining

3. Install Appliances & equipment

4. Check control Pannel & electrical corning to identify issue

5. Maint dept Procedure, SOP Preparation

6. Planning of Preventive / breakdown maint.

7. Monitoring & Reduction of Power consumption & losses
