DESCRIPTION:
As a Business Analyst II at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll contribute to bridging business needs with technology solutions to advance our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, and implement innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency. Working in an agile environment,



you'll help define and document business requirements, create user stories, facilitate workshops, and ensure successful project delivery. This role offers opportunities to work with advanced technologies while making meaningful contributions to critical business initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree, no prior experience required, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement
• Preferred Fields of Study: Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Professional certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, Scrum Master, or CSPO are preferred
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management principles
• Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management/documentation tools
