- Prepare and maintain accurate BOMs for AHU units based on approved drawings and specifications
- Update BOMs in the ERP system for any design changes or revisions
- Ensure correct mapping of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies
- Validate BOM accuracy with design and engineering teams
- Plan and schedule production activities based on order priority and delivery timelines
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as required
- Handle ERP entries related to BOM, production orders, and inventory
- Generate work orders, material requisitions, and job cards through ERP
- Track production status and material consumption in ERP
- Maintain data accuracy in ERP for planning and reporting purposes
- Coordinate with procurement for material requirement planning (MRP)




- Ensure availability of materials as per production schedule
