Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business goals
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors
- Lead long-term financial planning and forecasting

Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting as per statutory requirements
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization

Budgeting & Cost Control
- Develop annual budgets and track performance against targets
- Implement cost-control measures to improve operational efficiency
- Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions

Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and legal requirements (GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc.)




- Manage internal and external audits
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies

Treasury & Fund Management
- Manage banking relationships, funding, and liquidity planning
- Oversee debt management and capital structuring
- Evaluate investment opportunities and ROI

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
- Establish solid internal controls and financial processes
- Drive performance and capability development within the team

Business Partnering
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and sales teams
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making
- Support expansion, mergers, or capital investment initiatives
