Location: Sharjah, UAE (Managing Saudi Arabia Operations)
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for KSA while based in the UAE, ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor laws, visa processes, Saudization, and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage KSA HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and payroll coordination.
- Handle all visa processes (new, renewal, transfer, exit/re-entry, final exit).
- Manage government portals including Qiwa, Muqeem, and Absher.
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development regulations.
- Monitor Saudization (Nitaqat) status and maintain compliance.
- Oversee trade license renewals and coordination with government authorities.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of HR Operations experience with solid KSA exposure.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government processes.
- Experience managing KSA operations remotely from UAE preferred.
