Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Export Executive to manage both domestic and international dispatch operations for garment shipments.

The role will involve coordinating logistics activities, handling export documentation, managing container planning,



and ensuring efficient shipment of goods through road transport as well as sea routes and occasional air freight shipments based on business requirements.

The candidate should have strong experience in garment logistics, advance licensing, vessel shipments, container loading coordination, and export documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Export Logistics & Documentation
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA (Custom House Agents), and clearing agents.
- Handle export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, etc. and Certificate of Origin.
- Manage Advance Authorization / Advance Licensing processes and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to customs regulations and export compliance requirements.

Domestic & International Dispatch Management
- Manage domestic dispatches to clients, warehouses, and distribution partners across India.
