The Opportunity:
BeatO is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders and act as an extension of their bandwidth across the business.
This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone seeking exposure to every part of a quick-growing healthtech company—from strategy and fundraising to operations and new business lines like GLP-1-led weight management.
In this role, you will:
- Own the follow-through by driving founders' top priorities to completion, coordinating with stakeholders, removing blockers, and ensuring execution.
- Run the operating rhythm by preparing board decks, investor updates, and leadership reviews while consolidating data and business narratives.
