Job Description

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for innovation partnerships in alignment with business objectives and MetLife Guidelines
• Identify, evaluate, and engage with startups, research labs, and innovation hubs for co-innovation opportunities
• Lead partnership discussions, due diligence, pilot programs, and commercial negotiations
• Manage a structured engagement process with external partners to test, validate, and scale cutting-edge solutions
• Collaborate with internal business units to define partnership requirements and success criteria
• Represent the organization in innovation forums, accelerator programs, and industry consortiums
• Track global innovation trends and scout relevant partners in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, sustainability, etc.)
• Build strong long-term relationships with ecosystem players and monitor partnership health and outcomes
• Ensure governance, compliance, and reporting of partnership activities and innovation outcomes
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and case studies to showcase impact from partnership-led initiatives
