Job DescriptionAbout the job NDesign Drop is an unlimited design subscription used by founders, agencies, and marketing teams across the US — graphics, branding, web design, motion graphics, and ad creatives on a flat monthly plan. NWe're hiring a Business Development Executive to run cold outreach to US businesses and book qualified meetings for our closing team. NThis is a first-touch outreach and appointment-setting role — not a closing role. Your job: get the right decision-makers onto a call, get them interested, and book a meeting with our closing team. NWhat you'll donn Run outbound to US founders, business owners, and marketing decision-makers via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach N Introduce Design Drop'sdesign subscription, explain services and benefits clearly, and handle first-line objections N Identify prospects withgenuine, ongoing design needs and qualify them N Book qualified meetingson the calendar and confirm prospects show up N Track calls, responses,follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM N Maintain clean lead databases using CRM tools, lead trackers,



and spreadsheets N Consistently hit outreach and meeting-booking targets NnWhat we're lookingfor Nn 2–4 years in coldcalling, appointment setting, outbound sales, or business development N Hands-on experience with US / international market outreach (strongly preferred) N International voice process experience is a solid plus N Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral / global accent N Confident opening conversations with founders, business owners, agencies, and marketing teams N Comfortable with CRM and prospecting tools (Zoho CRM, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus) N Self-motivated and target-driven, focused on booking qualified meetings N Basic understanding of design, branding, or marketing is a plus — this is not an entry-level role NnThe rolenn Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US EST coverage) · Sat & Sun off N Location: Noida — Hybrid (1–2 days onsite as per requirement, rest work from home) N Incentives: High performance-based incentives & commissions (up to 50% on deal closures) N
