Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities Nn Develop, implement, and oversee the college's sports and recreational programs. N Schedule and coordinatesports events, tournaments, and practice sessions. N Promote sports activities and encourage student participation. N Provide support and guidance to student-athletes and sports teams. N Maintain records of student-athlete performance, eligibility, and compliance with college policies. N Prepare and submit reports on sports program activities and outcomes. N Coordinate with external organisations for inter-collegiate competitions and events. N Develop marketing strategies to promote sports programs and events. N Engage with the collegecommunity through social media, newsletters, and events. NnQualifications:



Nn Bachelor's degreein Sports Management, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field (Master's or higher degree preferred). N Previous experience in sports management or a similar role in an educational setting. N Robust organisational and communication skills. N Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and external stakeholders. N Knowledge of sports regulations, safety practices, and event management. N Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for program management. N
