NKey Responsibilities: N● Preparation of monthly divisional financials for entities.



N● Monthly books closure and reconciliation of MIS with the books N● Solid in preparation of monthly MIS and review of the monthly divisional income Nstatement.n● Analyzing and tracking of ARR, MRR, NRR, GRR, LTV to CAC, and various SAAS KPIs for the Nentities.n● Reconciliation of variance with the projections and identifying the reason for the same. N● Analysis of historical financial statements and review of key business trends. N● Identifying key business drivers/ performance indicators and issues having an impact on NEBITDA, working capital, net debt, cash flow, and business valuation. N● Performing financial due diligence procedures on Target and Identifying issues that may Nbe of relevance for assessing the impact thereof on the transaction. N● Gathering, verifying, analyzing information, and formulating views and conclusions, and Ndriving this process.n● Participating in the preparation of deliverables including reports, presentations to the Nboard, and discussions with the Target. N● Regular liaison with the target, diligence team, and various internal teams for execution of Nthe deal.n● Streamlining various financial processes (revenues, expenses, payments, etc.) of Nprospective acquisition entities and integrating them into the processes of the holding Nentity.n● Monitoring the performance post-acquisition NRequirements & Skills: N● Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBAnor CPA preferred. N● 3+ years of progressiveexperience in finance and accounting roles, with a proven track Nrecord of success in a leadership capacity. N● Strong understanding offinancial principles, practices, and regulations, with expertise in Nfinancial analysis, planning, and reporting. N● Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex financial data Nand trends.n● Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and financial management systems; nexperience withERP systems is a plus. N● Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, identify opportunities, and drive results.
