Job DescriptionBusiness Development Management - Process Automation NIn this role, you will drive our growth in the Process Automation segment by partnering with our sales team and distributors. You will be part of the team responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the process automation market. NYour job: Nn Identify and develop business opportunities by engaging with Process Valve Manufacturers (PVMs) and Process Valve Integrators (PVIs), supporting field sales teams. Managing leads generated from process automation exhibitions N Provide technical training and pre-/post-sales support to field sales engineers on Process Automation products, including new product features, developments, and portfolio enhancements N Conduct market potential analysis of Process Automation (PA) products at new and existing customers N Identify product gaps in portfolio and collaborate with internal product development teams to drive product development This includes process valve development for Hydrogen and other specialty segments N Establish and maintain a Proven Track Record data (PTR)



by regularly updating installed-base reference data in coordination with the sales team N Coordinate with internal teams and external approving agencies to obtain required product certifications (e.G., PESO, SIL, FireSafe) and support vendor identification and evaluation for products like various Ball and Butterfly valves etc. NnYour Qualification: Nn Bachelor's degreein mechanical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering, with knowledge of pneumatics used in process automation N 8-12 years of experience in sales or business development with automation exposure in Pharma, Paints, and Chemical industries. Familiarity with major process valve manufacturers in India is necessary for the role N Strong exposure to process automation equipment such as ball and butterfly valves, rotary and linear actuators, explosion-proof solenoid valves. Awareness of competing product makes in the market .And their marketing strategies N Solid communication and interpersonal skills, a collaborative team mindset, and willingness to travel across India as required N
