Are you a creative leader with a passion for visual storytelling and high-impact content? We’re looking for a Lead Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can drive creative excellence, lead a creative team, and deliver premium-quality video and motion design across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end production of high-quality short-form and long-form videos (Reels, YouTube, Commercials, Ads, Corporate Videos)
* Create advanced motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and title sequences using Adobe After Effects
* Design engaging social media creatives, campaign assets, and digital marketing visuals
* Develop and integrate 3D models, animations, and product visualizations using Blender
* Collaborate with marketing, branding, and content teams to execute creative campaigns
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of video editors and graphic designers to ensure high-quality output
* Review creative work, provide constructive feedback, and maintain quality standards
* Establish and maintain brand consistency across all visual content
* Manage project timelines, prioritize multiple assignments, and ensure on-time delivery
* Stay updated with industry trends, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging technologies

Requirements

* 5–7 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design




* Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing a creative team
* Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Cloud
* Strong working knowledge of Blender for 3D modelling and animation
* Excellent understanding of storytelling, typography, colour grading, composition, and sound design
* Proven experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
* Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, branding, and animation work (Mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the real estate, digital marketing, or advertising industry
* Expertise in logo animation and advanced visual effects
* Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflow automation
* Experience coordinating with production teams and creative stakeholders
