Job Description Key Responsibilities:
n ● Develop cutting-edge and functional interior design concepts for commercial office spaces.
n ● Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for client presentations.
n ● Develop detailed Revit models, drawings, and documentation.
n ● Prepare design development drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation in Revit.
n ● Coordinate with project managers, vendors, consultants, and execution teams.
n ● Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented as per approved plans.
n ● Assist in material selection, furniture specification, and finish schedules. '
n ● Ensure compliance with design standards, building regulations, and project requirements.
n ● Revise designs based on client feedback and project needs.
n ● Maintain project documentation and design records.
n Requirements:
n Technical Skills:




n ● Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
n ● Expertise in SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization software.
n ● Proficiency in AutoCAD.
n ● Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and presentation tools.
n ● Experience in creating photorealistic renders and walkthroughs.
n ● Understanding of commercial interior fit-outs and workplace design.
