n We're looking for passionate professionals to join our Process Excellence & Digital Transformation team and help drive Enterprise-wide Transformation through Lean Six Sigma, Agile Methodologies, Operational excellence, Business Process Innovation, and Digital Excellence across our global organization.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Lead strategic Process Excellence and business transformation initiatives across business functions
n Drive the adoption of Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Digital Excellence methodologies to enhance operational performance
n Partner with business leaders to simplify processes, improve productivity, and deliver measurable business outcome
n Develop governance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to enable data-driven decision-making
n Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation,



and digital transformation to improve efficiency and customer experience
n Benchmark global best practices and implement scalable, world-class process improvement initiatives
n Champion a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, capability building, and effective change management
n n Qualifications & Experience:
n n Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (MBA preferred)
n 6–8 years of experience in Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation, or Digital Transformation
n Solid expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Process Re-engineering, Agile (SAFe/Scrum), and continuous improvement methodologies
n Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred (Black Belt is an added advantage)
n Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
n Ability to influence cross-functional teams and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, transformation-driven environment
