Position: Switch and implementation- L2 support

Position is for an MNC (L2 support engineer for Switch and implementations)

Key responsibilities
Provide production support and maintenance for switch systems, with preference for candidates experienced in Postilion Switch
• Manage and perform of DR drill activities
. • Should know NDC/DDC message protocols effectively
• Work with Visa VTS Simulator and MasterCard Debit & Credit Simulators (MDS & MAS), BOSS NPCI simulator
• Demonstrate strong understanding of ISO 8583 message formats, including versions 1987 and 1993
• Coordinate with vendors and users for certifications, patch testing, and implementation
• Ensure 24x7 system uptime, document and track all incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures




• Manage the changes and migration of changes to production system
• Support and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Conduct audit and control reviews to ensure compliance with organizational processes and procedures
• House keeping of DB

Preferred Skills
• Minimum 2-5 Years of relevant work experience.
• Solid analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage critical incidents
• Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus
• Domain Knowledge: Exposure to or prior experience in the Payment domain is highly desirable
• Should have SQL very good knowledge
