n Role Overview
n We are looking for a dynamic Artist Manager to handle end-to-end artist relations, bookings, and growth. This role focuses on managing talent careers, driving monetization, and building robust industry connections across live events and brand partnerships.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Manage end-to-end artist representation, including bookings, scheduling, and coordination
n Drive revenue through live shows, brand deals, endorsements, and collaborations
n Build and maintain relationships with brands, promoters, venues, and partners
n Negotiate contracts, commercials, and performance agreements
n Develop and execute career growth strategies for artists
n Coordinate with marketing, PR, and content teams to enhance visibility
n Identify new opportunities across events, tours, and digital platforms




n Lead commercial strategy for events, tours, brand deals, and IPs
n n Must-Have Skills
n n Experience in artist management, talent management, or live events
n Strong network within the music or events industry
n Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
n Strong communication and relationship management
n Understanding of artist branding and monetization models
n Ability to manage multiple artists and fast-paced schedules
n n Requirements
n n 4–8 years of experience in artist/talent management or live events
n Experience handling artist bookings, contracts, and partnerships
n Highly organized with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
