Job Description Program: SIP MI-Kids
n Location: 44/1. RMS colony, Alpha Nagar 1st cross, Karumandapam, Trichy - 620001
n Languages to be known: English and Tamil
n UG Degree: Any degree (English, BA Literature – preferred)
n Experience required: 1 - 2 years
n Skills required:
n Solid communication
n Presentation skills
n Basic Excel skills
n Willingness to travel (Visit schools for training)
n Relationship building & experience with teaching/training to audience.
n Job Responsibilities:
n 1. Training the teachers on how to implement MIKIDS in their class.
n 2. Class Observation with Children to ensure the programme has created the impact in children.
n 3. Retraining the teachers based on the requirement. Maximizing business from existing schools by showing value to the school management.
n 4. For School business , number of Schools estimated to support / manage - Around 40 -50 schools
n 5. Travel within City limits of Trichy, Ariyalur, Perambalur, Pudukottai & Thanjure District.
