We are looking for a detail-oriented manager to join our IT digital supply chain team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in understanding basic supply chain processes, adept in maintaining cordial vendor relationship with 360-degree collaboration, effective program management skills with a track record of delivering measurable results and excellent stakeholder management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive cross-functional project execution and ensure smooth stakeholder communication with business as well as vendor partners.
- Must be able to collaborate well with domestic as well as foreign suppliers keeping cross-cultural values at the center.
- Functional understanding of how a manufacturing setup / factory works, mass production happens.
- Understanding of Manufacturing execution systems, exposure to ERPs like SAP as end user
- Understanding of P2P (procure to pay) process, purchase orders, etc.
- Ability to handle vendors and collaborate seamlessly
- Gather business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
- Monitor key system metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve system performance.
- Collaborate closely across various departments, e.g. product, supply chain, sales, and operations teams to support various initiatives.
- Sound documentation capabilities and SOP creation for knowledge management and future reference.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
Requirement:
- Candidate should possess overall 5 plus years of experience and should be from IT background with understanding of API integration, Writing SOPs, user manuals.
- Understanding of low code/no code applications
- Understanding of supply chain processes, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and factory/shop processes.
- Strong MS Excel, Power point knowledge
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand problems and provide solutions with patience.
- Ability to stretch beyond normal working hours to support business functions.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in consumer electronics (Direct to Consumer), e-commerce, retail, or other product-centric industries such as FMCG or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Understanding of supply chain management, warehousing processes, MES

- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and engage with global stakeholders
