Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow existing client accounts while ensuring operational excellence.
- Lead delivery operations across Aftermarket Services and Supply Chain functions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular governance and business reviews.
- Drive account profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams.
- Identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and support strategic account planning.

Preferred Background

- Strong experience supporting Aerospace & Defense clients.




- Proven track record in Operations Delivery, Account Management, and Client Services.
- Experience managing large, complex client portfolios.
- Solid analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
- Exposure to Supply Chain, Aftermarket Services, or related operational environments.
