About The Team

The role is part of the Fiscal Transparency Division (OAT Domain) within Wealth Management and has been created to support the Automation Division.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Wealth Management domain.

The role requires end-to-end ownership of project delivery, stakeholder management, governance, budgeting, release management, and coordination across business and technology teams. Candidates should have strong Banking IT experience with a Business Analysis background.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of programs/projects aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate project governance committees and drive planning, prioritization, estimation, and execution
- Prepare, validate, and maintain project schedules and estimates
- Manage project budgets and optimize solutions within capacity and cost constraints
- Plan project resourcing and capacity
- Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, Security, Solution Architects, and Compliance teams
- Gather high-level business requirements and manage GFS documentation
- Conduct walkthroughs with Business Analysts for DFS preparation
- Collaborate across application teams for multi-system initiatives
- Review SIT strategy, test cases, and results with BA and Testing teams
- Support UAT by assisting with issue analysis, monitoring, and resolution
- Manage vendors, maintenance costs, budgets, and commercial discussions
- Track releases,



delivery commitments, and overall product roadmap
- Identify and remove delivery impediments wherever possible
- Analyze complex issues, recommend solutions, and support informed decision-making
- Ensure compliance with WMIS governance, Secure Agile, and SDLC frameworks
- Provide regular project updates to Division Managers and Domain Heads
- Lead release planning and maintain project transparency through delivery tools
- Manage Global Program and Project Steering Committees with senior leadership
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously when required

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline
- PMP Certification preferred
- Experience working with large, distributed IT teams
- 12+ years of Banking IT experience, preferably within Wealth Management or Private Banking
- Robust Project Management experience with a Business Analysis background

Functional Knowledge

Good to have experience in one or more of the following:

- Regulatory and Tax Reporting
- Tax Regulatory reporting
- Performance reporting
- German Tax Reporting
- Client Tax Statement Reporting
- AEOI / CRS
- FATCA
- IRS 871(m)

Additional Domain Knowledge Is Desirable In





- Corporate Actions and Securities Transactions
- Market Data Providers (SIX, WmDaten, or similar)
- Reporting platforms such as SECTRAS, EasyTax, FiTax, or equivalent
- Core Banking platforms including Olympic, TRANSACT, and Corporate Actions systems
- Front Office applications such as AAA Ordering Tools and Client Management platforms

Technical & Project Skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading Steering Committees with senior stakeholders
- Strong project planning, budgeting, estimation, and negotiation capabilities
- Good understanding of the project lifecycle and functional/technical specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
