Role: Malayalam-Speaking Clinical Psychologist (RCI Licensed) – Full-Time

Location: Kochi, Kerala (Onsite)

About the Role

We're looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Kochi. You'll provide therapy and psychological assessments to individual clients, helping them work through anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.

You'll also get chances to lead group sessions and workshops, and help create content; articles, videos, and social media posts to spread mental health awareness.

What You Need:

- M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from an RCI-recognised institute
- RCI license to practice




- Fluent in Malayalam and English.
- 1–2 years of experience post-qualification (strong internships count too).
- Comfortable running psychological assessments and tests.
- Good at working with psychiatrists and other doctors on shared cases.
- Ready to adapt and build new processes in a startup setting.
