Here are the details of the Job profile:-

Key Responsibilities

- Handle full-cycle recruitment for US IT requirements (W2 AND C2C)
- Understand and work on US tax terms & Visa- (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.) is mandatory.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals,



and other channels
- Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates for technical and communication skills
- Negotiate pay rates, salaries, and close positions within deadlines
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients
- Update and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment process and IT technologies & worked on Analytical Roles
- Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
- Good understanding of visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.)

Interview Mode:

- 1st round- HR screening
- 2nd round- virtual with Business/hiring manager
