Roles & Responsibilities

Lead functional implementation and support activities for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

Drive end-to-end implementation for Core HR, Absences, and ESS & MSS modules.

Perform business process analysis and requirement gathering.

Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams for successful delivery.

Write and manage Rapid Formulas for complex HR requirements.

Participate in solution design, testing, and deployment activities.





Ensure documentation and adherence to AIM and OUM methodologies.

Required Skills

12+ years of overall experience with 7+ years in Oracle Fusion or Oracle E-Business HCM modules.

Minimum 4 implementation experiences as Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.

Strong experience in:

Core HR

Absences

ESS & MSS

Expertise in business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.

Hands-on experience with Fast Formula configuration.

Good understanding of AIM and OUM implementation methodologies.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
