Spun out of IIT Bombay, HaystackAnalytics is a HealthTech company creating clinical genomics products, which enable diagnostic labs and hospitals to offer accurate and personalized diagnostics. Supported by India's most respected science agencies (DST, BIRAC, DBT), we created and launched a portfolio of products to offer genomics in infectious diseases. Our genomics based diagnostic solution for Tuberculosis was recognized as one of top innovations supported by BIRAC in the past 10 years, and was launched by the Prime Minister of India in the BIRAC Showcase event in Delhi, 2022.
HaystackAnalytics is a company working in deep technology of genomics, computing, and data science for creating the first of its kind clinical reporting engine in healthcare. We are a recent but well-funded company with a tremendous amount of pedigree in the team (IIT Founders, IIT & IIM core team). Some of the technologies we have created are a global first in infectious disease and chronic diagnostics. As a product company creating a huge amount of IP, our Technology and R&D; team are our crown jewels.
With early success of our products in India, we are now expanding to take our products to international shores
Responsibilities
- Work with diagnostic lab partners for smooth functioning of the infectious disease test
- Work with partners to ensure timely upgrades to the test are done
- Liaison with partners for technical support as needed
- Train partners to use the infectious disease test
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures
- Document activities
- Plan activities and liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Requirement
- Experience in infectious disease and has worked with next generation sequencing platforms candidates will be preferred
- Ability to quickly prioritise and execute tasks
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong documentation skills
- Exposure to molecular diagnostics/ sequencing
- Compulsory rotation shift
- 6 days working with rotational week off
- Willingness to travel Pan-India
