We are looking for a Senior Influencer Partnerships Manager to join our team and build a strong network of creators and influencers across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, wellness, food, and other relevant categories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scouting emerging and established creators, building long-term relationships, and managing creator partnerships for brand campaigns.

This role requires someone who understands the creator ecosystem, has a strong eye for talent, and can identify creators who align with brand objectives and audience preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scout and identify potential creators/influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, wellness, food, and related niches.
- Build and maintain a strong creator database/network for upcoming brand collaborations.
- Evaluate creators based on content quality, audience engagement, niche relevance, authenticity, and brand fit.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators, influencers, and talent communities.




- Coordinate with internal marketing teams to understand campaign requirements and suggest relevant creators.
- Manage creator onboarding, communication, negotiations, and collaboration processes.
- Track creator performance, audience insights, and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with emerging creator trends, social media trends, and new talent in the market.
- Support in building long-term partnerships between brands and creators.

Requirements:

- Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator trends.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify upcoming talent and content creators.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Passion for the creator economy, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or digital content space.

Location : Gurgaon & Mumbai

Existing network of influencers/creators will be an added advantage.

Experience working with a marketing agency, influencer agency, or brand collaborations is preferred.
